Why a new partner programme?

We noticed the step up to Gold was sometimes just a bit too big. As a result, it took longer before you could enjoy benefits like a higher kickback fee as a partner. A shame, we thought. That's why it's now easier to grow. With three partner levels, the programme better matches the different stages of growth and success. Whether you're just starting with LeadBot or have been active for years, there's a level that fits you. It also brings more transparency about the benefits and what you can do as a partner to reach a higher level.

The partner levels: what to expect

Bronze partner | 2 to 9 points As a Bronze partner you have at least one client with an active annual subscription. You receive a kickback fee (a share of the revenue from the clients you bring in) of 15% and your own Partner Success Manager who supports you personally. You can also have one LeadBot set up for free, and you become visible as a Bronze partner on our website. On top of that, we'll visit your office for a knowledge session, so your team can get the most out of LeadBot. Silver partner | 10 to 17 points The Silver partner level is the next step and requires at least four clients with an active annual subscription. This level gives you a 20% kickback fee and four concept LeadBots that your Partner Success Manager builds for you free of charge. You get access to personalised marketing materials and are invited to LeadBot partner events, where you can network and share knowledge with other Silver and Gold partners. We'll also write a customer case highlighting the successful collaboration between LeadBot, your company and the client. Finally, we'll look together at how you can take the last step towards Gold partner. Gold partner | 18+ points Last but not least: the Gold partnership. The highest level, requiring at least eight clients with an active annual subscription. As a Gold partner, you benefit from a 25% kickback fee, unlimited LeadBot setups, and exclusive invitations to roundtable sessions or joint presentations at events. Your input also carries more weight in the LeadBot roadmap. We'll write an exclusive Gold partner case putting the collaboration between your company and LeadBot centre stage. That's how we put your company in the spotlight! And finally, qualified leads are distributed among Gold partners. In short, Gold partners are strategic partners who help shape the future of LeadBot.

Points system: active collaboration gets rewarded

The partner programme works with a clear points system for growing to a higher partner level. You earn points for every client with an active annual or monthly subscription. But also for marketing activities such as a joint customer case, knowledge session, blog or social media post about LeadBot. This not only helps bring LeadBot to the attention of your own clients, but also promotes your brand among LeadBot's followers. A win-win!
